We take into account your unique preferences and challenges to create a plan that fits your child's sleep needs and your lifestyle.

What to Expect from My Comprehensive Services

  • Customized and Personal 

Our personalized coaching and sleep plan designs are built on an individual, case-by-case basis. I like to get to know you with a 1-hour meeting/video call. During this time, we do a deep dive into your family’s unique situation, challenges and sleep needs. I will get to know your personalities, preferences, schedules and sleep environments, etc., so that I can write a sleep plan that is optimal for you and your family.

  • Supportive and Connected 

Transforming your little one’s sleep is not an intuitively driven process. It is an art as much as it is a science, and I am here to write an effective plan that works. At the same time, I am here for you...to walk beside you on this journey to better sleep. We will stay in touch daily, throughout the week, so that I can monitor your child’s daily sleep data and provide coaching, support, and suggestions for what to do differently the next day/night.

  • Gentle and Responsive 

It is true that babies need space to draw on their independent sleep resources as they learn to sleep on their own. However, I do not advise parents/caregivers to leave their child to “cry it out” for long periods of time. There are many ways to gently help your child master independent sleep while also providing loving care and support through the process. I always customize my approach to sleep coaching based on what you need, and will use a method that works best for your child while allowing you to provide responsive support as your little one learns and masters their independent sleep skills.

  • Effective and Timely 

Once I have identified your family’s specific sleep goals, I create a custom sleep plan that considers your personalities and preferences, while building an approach that will be effective and timely. You may be exhausted, sleep deprived, and in great need of solutions and change. Setting achievable goals and making daily progress towards these goals is an important part of the plan I create for you.

  • Clear and Actionable 

I am here to take the guesswork out of all aspects of your little one’s sleep. I build your daily and nighttime schedule, I tell you when and how best to nap them (which could change day-to-day), guide you through planning their bedtime routine, designing their sleep environment, and help you with how to best manage sleep regressions (now and in future), as well as any other bumps that can show up down the road. I provide clear steps on what to do at bedtime to get your little one to sleep (on their own), and how to best-handle overnight wakings, each and every day we work together.

  • Informed and Informative 

During our time together, I educate you along the way, you will learn how to analyze your child’s sleep data, how to respond to overnight wakings, bedtime issues, nap disruptions, etc. I make sure you are setup for success so that when our coaching time together ends, you know what to do next, and how to manage your family’s sleep for years to come.
